Abstract This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down measures of agricultural structural policy and agricultural policy of rural development and the types of support. Sustainable agricultural development is supported in the following way: (1) support to complete land consolidation procedures; (2) support of experts and associations; (3) encourage the production of agricultural products of high quality; (4) control of protected crops or food. Protected agricultural crops or food are considered as agricultural products or foodstuffs with the protected name of origin, protected geographical indication and guaranteed traditional specialty in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of agricultural crops or food. This Decree is composed of 40 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Measures of agricultural structural policy and agricultural policy of rural development (Sec. 2); State support (Sec. 3); Support de minimis (Sec. 4); Procedure for obtaining funds (Sec. 5); Obtaining information from the official record (Sec. 6); Funds for the payment of claims (Sec. 7); Final provision (Sec. 8).
