Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the national Law on management of batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators, prescribes the manner, procedure and indicates the necessary documentation for reimbursement of fees for exported quantity of batteries and accumulators. Refund of paid fee for exported quantity of batteries and accumulators is made the same as compensation amount that was originally paid. The refund of paid fees is made on the basis of the submitted written request that shall be sent to the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning. Article 3 provides for the complete list of necessary data that has to be indicated in these refund requests.
