Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Agricultural and food products promotion Act, determines the inclusion of the sector of production and processing of cow's, goat's and sheep's milk in the implementation of the promotion of the sector of production and processing of milk for the period 2023-2025 and the percentage of production that must be achieved to start the promotion of the "selected" scheme quality". The promotion of the "chosen quality" scheme is carried out if the ministry responsible for agriculture, forestry and food determines that at least 9% of the annual milk production in the Republic of Slovenia is included in the "chosen quality" scheme, which is published on the central website state administration. The promotion referred to in this text begins to be implemented after the publication of the announcement on obtaining the decision of the European Commission on the compatibility of the state aid scheme for promotion and is calculated until 31 December 2025.
