This Decree enters into force on the 15th day after the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 15 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) veterinary conditions of placing animal products on the market; (b) veterinary and sanitary requirements for some companies, factories and other facilities processing food and technical conditions of their design and equipment; (c) procedure and criteria for accepting veterinary and hygiene requirements by veterinary authorities; (d) food processing companies which are recognized as companies with small volume of production and food processing companies which are recognized as companies running retail activities; (e) veterinary and hygiene requirements for food produced and processed in food processing companies to which the provisions of this Decree apply; (f) application for the adaptation of veterinary and hygiene requirements for food processing companies.
