Abstract This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 13 articles and one Annex, establishes the system of import licenses, export licenses, certificates and advance fixing certificates for the compensation of certain agricultural products exported in the form of goods, and the means of control of agricultural products. The institution responsible for issuing licenses and certificates for agricultural products is the Agency for Agricultural Markets and Rural Development. The Annex specifies the form of application for the approval of importers of milk and milk products.
