The present Decree enters into force on 1 January 1997.
Abstract

The present Decree enforces the Law on water protection of 18 April 1994. The General Drainage Plan is the basis for an appropriate water quality protection and a purposeful urban drainage in the communities. In particular, article 2 establishes that at the basis of the General Drainage Plan are six status reports by the communities. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Conditions (2); Content of status reports (3); Content (4); Adaptation (5); Binding obligations (6); Entry into force (7).
