The Decree enters into force on 1 September 2004.
Abstract

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of ten articles. The classification of bovine animals for slaughter into quality categories must be implemented in all slaughter houses. Slaughter bodies of sheep not designated for sale must not be classified. When classifying slaughter bodies of bovine animals, the following properties are taken into account: age, mass and sex.
