Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the Veterinary Law (Republika Srpska), determines the amount (article 2) and determines the manner of collection of fees for issuance of animal health certificates. These funds raised as here indicated, in the amount of 50% of the income shall be accredited to authorized veterinary organizations and will be used for implementation of animal health measures, meanwhile the other 50% is paid directly to the state budget of Republika Srpska.
