Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten articles and two Annexes, lays down technical requirements for the design of fishing ponds and for the monitoring of migratory continuity of fishponds. The purpose of fishing pond is to ensure migration continuity of water body forming the migratory barrier to fish and other aquatic animals. The technical conditions for the design of fishing ponds must meet the appropriate technical requirements and biological requirements for the construction of fishing ponds.
