This Decree entered into force on 13 January 2010.
Abstract

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of six articles and two Annexes, lays down provisions governing European Community support for supplying milk and certain milk products to children and adolescents in kindergartens and schools. This Decree specifies the list of products included in the support and the procedure of refunding this support.
