The Decree enters into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

The Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, establishes: emission limits, technical requirements and general conditions of operating stationery sources of air pollution, limitations and conditions of their operating; new sources and existing sources of air pollution and their equipment; the index of pollutants and selected pollutants for which emission limits are indicated, and general conditions of operation; categorization of big sources and medium sources; requirements for securing dispersion of emission of pollutants. The Annex contains the list of pollutants and selected pollutants for which emission limits are indicated, and general conditions of operation.
