Abstract

This Decree of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic, which is composed of 22 articles, lays down details on requirements for: details on requirements for nuclear material (art. 19), management of spent nuclear fuel (art. 15-18), management of radioactive waste (art. 4), classification of radioactive waste (art. 5 and 6), import and export of radioactive waste (art. 11), the scope and content of documentation on the management of radioactive waste (art. 12), facility for radioactive waste, keeping records on radioactive waste (art. 13).
