Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 17 articles and eight Annexes, sets out rules governing the identification and registration of bovines. Owners of bovine animals must comply with the marking requirements hereby established. Permanent marks must be applied on specimens within 72 hours from the date of birth and before the first movement of the animal.
