Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the products that become special categories of waste after use, form and manner of reporting over the effective quantities and types of manufactured and imported products and their placement on the market, the method and deadlines for submitting records and reports, those liable for reporting and paying fees, coefficients and criteria for calculation of fees as well as deadlines for payment of related fees. Products that become special categories of waste after use, according to this text are as follows: a) tires; b) batteries and accumulators; c) oils; d) vehicles.
