Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 articles and five Annexes, lays down requirements for products processed from fruits, vegetables, edible mushrooms, oilseeds and dry shell fruits, potatoes and products thereof intended for human consumption, for marketing and handling of these products. These provisions shall not apply to fruit jams, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree, syrups, cold sauces including ketchups and products for young children. These requirements include details on production, composition of products, labeling and packaging. Annex 1 contains the list of edible mushrooms which can be placed on the market.
