Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of five articles, defines the procedures to be followed in case of serious and direct danger caused by food products to human health and consumers' safety. The procedures are regulated within the food information exchange system. The Decree does not apply to foodstuffs which are contaminated with radioactive substances as a result of radiation disasters.
