Abstract This Decree prescribes measures for the control and destruction of the ragweed plant Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. (spp.), in order to prevent the damage it causes, to: 1) areas of agricultural land; 2) forest land areas; 3) areas of construction land; 4) water land areas. Control and destruction of ragweed is carried out by: 1) owners and users of areas of agricultural cultivated and uncultivated land (gardens and orchards, fields, orchards, vineyards, meadows, etc.), forests, hunting grounds; 2) owners and users of construction land, built and unbuilt; 3) entities that manage watercourses and canals and areas along watercourses and canals; 4) entities that maintain areas along public roads and railways; 5) entities that manage parks, national parks, cemeteries and other green areas; 6) owners and users of neglected areas along roads, paths, as well as mornings, parlors, degraded pastures, abandoned parks, cleared places in forests, etc. Full text Serbian Website www.pravno-informacioni-sistem.rs References - Legislation Implements Plant Protection Law.
