Abstract The Decree of the Ministry of Environment is composed of the following articles: (1) Keeping records of data required for classification in accordance with the integrated register of pollution; (2) Information on fulfillment of conditions to obtain the integrated permit; (3) Entry into force. Users of registered substances (defined in article 2 of the Act on integrated prevention) are obliged to keep information on classified substances separately for each technical or technological entity and separately for each classified substance.
