Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of four paragraphs, lays down, following the directly applicable regulation of the European Union, infections and diseases transmissible from animals to humans against which animals may not be vaccinated. Animals must not be vaccinated against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR, IBR/IPV) with the exception of vaccination ordered by the competent authority.
