Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down requirements for the acquisition, production, importation and marketing of honey. Art. 2 provides definition of honey for the purposes of the present Decree. Art. 3 defines types of honey according to mode of origin and to mode of production, treatment and marketing. Physical and chemical requirements for honey placed on the market are specified in Annex 1.
