This Decree entered into force on 6 August 2011.
Abstract

This Decree of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down public health and animal health rules concerning animal by-products and derived products, in order to prevent and minimize risks to public and animal health arising from those products, and in particular to protect the safety of the food, in accordance with European Community regulations. The present Decree is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Use and disposal of animal by-products and deived products (Sec. 2); Official control (Sec. 3); Penalty provisions (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
