Abstract

This Decree determines the measure, applicants, beneficiaries, conditions, method of calculation and procedure for granting financial aid due to crop failure in primary agricultural production due to adverse weather conditions in 2019. Financial assistance shall be granted in accordance with legislative documents as specified in article 1 (paragraph 2). The applicant for financial assistance is a natural or legal person engaged in agricultural production and in the process of making final assessments of agricultural products due to the consequences of adverse weather conditions in 2019 in affected areas of the Republic of Slovenia.
