Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 31 articles and 16 Annexes, lays down obligations of producers of reserved products relating to the management of waste. Producer of a reserved product means a producer of electrical equipment, batteries and accumulators, packaging, vehicles and tires. Art. 2 provides details on the application for an authorization to perform activities concerning reserved products. Art. 3 specifies report on the amount of dedicated waste stream for which the producer ensured disposal. Art. 9-14 describe requirements for the collection and disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Art. 15-17 establish requirements for the labeling, collection, processing and recycling of batteries and accumulators. Art. 18-21 contain requirements for the composition and properties of the packaging. Art. 22-27 provide conditions for handling old vehicles when processing them.
