The Decree applies provisions of the Code to agriculture. Farmland may be taken out of production. The Decree lists areas in which water must be protected from nitrates in accordance with Directive 91/676/EC" (sensitive areas"). The Board of Agriculture may make Regulations in this respect. various provisions concern the handling of manure. The Board of agriculture may also regulate cultivation for the purposes of this Decree.
