Abstract This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on air protection (2019), prescribes the limit values for emissions of pollutants into the air from stationary sources, the level of permissible exceedances of limit values for existing sources for certain periods, monitoring and evaluation of emissions, entry of data on stationary sources using organic solvents or products containing volatile organic compounds. Stationary sources must meet the emission limit values for pollutants in waste gases, fugitive emissions, total emission limit values and other requirements prescribed by this text.
