Abstract: This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture implements the relevant European Union regulations and provides details on: training courses for certificates of competence for persons involved in acts related to the slaughter of animals in slaughterhouses (art. 2); training courses for certificates of eligibility for the killing of fur animals (art. 3); requirements for qualified teachers in the protection of animals at slaughter (art. 4); training course to care for poultry reared for meat (art. 7); training course to care for pigs (art. 8); professional competence of a person responsible for care of disabled animals (art. 9); professional competence related to experimental animals (art. 10-13); qualification requirements for trainers in the field of protection of animals (art. 14); competence to supervise the protection of animals against cruelty (art. 16-19); instructions for the care of pigs (art. 21).
