Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 12 articles and ten Annexes, lays down requirements for the production, marketing and handling of edible grains (including rice and corn) and cereal products. This Decree does not apply to corn for the production of flour, starch, gluten, malt, spirit, and feed grain and cereal seed. These requirements include quality parameters, organoleptic properties, labeling and packaging.
