The Decree enters into force on 1 November 2001.
Abstract

The Decree of the Ministry of Economy, which is composed of three articles, specifies the information which must be contained in the request for importing and exporting selected chemical substances or selected chemical preparations. The request for the import is submitted in four copies in the national language and in four copies in English. The request for the export is submitted in the national language and in the language of the destination State and in four copies in English.
