Abstract

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture regulates the procedure concerning access to information on fruit plantations managed through intensive fruit growing methods, in accordance with the Act on National Statistical Service. Central agricultural inspectorates are entitled to request to cultivators the information on fruit plants specified in the Annex.
