Abstract Supreme Soviet decrees that the provisions of the Sections 1, 2 of the Law on peasant and collective peasant farms remain valid till the completion of land reform and privatization. Plots of land adjoining the farmhouses must be conceded free-of-charge if the families (farmhouses) were officially registered before the date of 20 December 1990 and forwarded the application for the concession of the plot of land adjoining the farm-house in accordance with the established modalities. In the process of carrying out land reform one must proceed from the necessity of conservation of the available head on livestock, especially yielding milk. Peasant, collective peasant and other farms that have expressed consent of engage in livestock farming, for the purpose of conservation of pedigree livestock, have the priority in the allotment of reserve stock of land and fodder facilities. Local land commission must determine maximum number of the plots of land to be conceded in ownership and forward the list for validation by the higher commission. Concession of the plots of agricultural land pertaining to agricultural enterprises situated in district centres and towns on condition of ownership must be carried out with the consideration that the aforesaid plots of land must non exceed average dimensions of the district plots of land.
