Abstract

The importation and exportation of goods specified in this Decree is prohibited. The list of importation includes wild animals and plants as mentioned in CITES and pesticides as listed in the FAO negative list. Further, importation of pesticides, seeds and other planting material, and non-CITES animals, as well as exportation of specified timber and medicinal plants requires a permit. Importation of animals and plants, waste and micro-organisms shall be allowed only when a certificate for importation of these goods is released. These goods may be freely exported. Importation and exportation of goods not mentioned in this Decree is free. (6 articles)
