Abstract

This Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, consisting of 3 articles, approves the «Basin plan, for hydrological land use planning of Serchio River (P.A.I.) First Updating». It regulates the activities to be performed in this waters course, establishing the requirements to be met in order to manage the above mentioned river basin area.
