Abstract

The Decree enlists less restrictive measures to contain COVID-19 spread that touch several aspects of the social life. Under Art. 1 dd) we find containment measures for local businesses that have contact with public and under ee) restaurants, ice-cream shops, pubs and others are now authorized to provide table service; for both food retail sector activities Regions need to ensure that those activities are compatible with the regional epidemiological situation and are carried out in respect of the nation wide criteria established by the Protocol (Annex 10). Activities connected to agricultural sector, as well and zoo-technical and food production chain are always granted in respect of health standards. No changes are made to the containment measures for production activities (Art. 2.
