Decree of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy validating the Regulation on state supervision over rational and efficient use of natural gas.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the scope of state supervision shall be performed with a view of ensuring rational and efficient use of natural gas as fuel and raw material. It also establishes the modalities of supervision, inspection and control and legalization of the results thereof. Supervision shall be applicable to the organizations-legal persons operating in the following spheres: (a) extraction, processing, transport, storage and trade of natural gas; (b) projecting and installing gas-consuming equipment; and (c) projecting gas-consuming objects and sites. State Gas Inspection shall be state inspecting authority in the sphere of natural gas.
