Abstract

This Decree makes provision for the supply of wildlife in Hunting Parks and Hunting Areas. Ths supply shall be so as to permit continuous hunting activities, taking into account the effects on existing habitat and the stability of the stock of wildlife. Wildlife may be brought into Hunting Parks by managers of those parks and operating companies into Hunting Gardens from other territories. Criteria for stock enhancement are set out in article 4. Wildlife may consist of animals caught in the wild or animals bred in captivity. Wildlife entering in Hunting Gardens shall consist only of purebred animals. Entry shall be permitted by licence of the Director General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation. The Director shall approve or reject applications for a licence within thirty days and may issue technical directives regarding stock enhancement. (12 articles)
