The last consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 11 April 2014. Abstract Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the requirements for wine production. Tokaj's wine specialties are: Tokaj Samorodni, Tokaj Climbing, Tokaj Translation, Tokaj Aszú and Aszenes and Tokaj Essence, Tokaji szamorodni. According to sugar content, the types of Tokaj samamodni are as follows: (a) dry Tokaji samamodni: up to 10 g/l sugar content; (b) sweet Tokaji samamodni: above 10 g / l sugar content. The sensory characteristics of the Tokyo samorodni are as follows: (a) color: from light yellow to golden yellow; (b) purity: clean, but any fine powdery precipitation in the bottle resulting from ripening is allowed; (c) scent: a healthy samorodni and maturation scent typical of Tokaj wine specialties; (d) taste, flavor: healthy, harmonious, samorodni and maturation taste and flavour characteristic of the Tokaj wine specialties.
