Abstract

This Regulation establishes the rules for conducting cross-compliance checks and the application of legal consequences. It shall apply to cross-compliance requirements and standards, and to the provisions of Article 322/2007 on the bodies responsible for monitoring compliance with cross-compliance rules. (XII. 5.) of the Government of the Republic of Hungary. The compliance with cross-compliance rules shall be assessed for clients participating in the following measures financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund: (a) direct payments within the meaning of Article 2 (1-e) of Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, with the exception of the small farmers scheme; (b) the establishment of a common organization of agricultural markets and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 of 17 December 2013; Support for restructuring and conversion of vineyards under Articles 46 and 47 of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 and green harvesting.
