Abstract

Council regulation (EC) No. 2847/93 establishing a control system applicable to a common fisheries policy and Commission Regulation No. 1489/97 concerning the application sphere for the Council Regulation above-mentioned shall apply to the control systems proposed in the Regulation (art. 1). This Regulation applies to vessels indicated in article 3, comma 1 of the Council Regulation. A Centre for control of fisheries shall be operated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (art. 3).
