Other legislation, including Commission Regulation No. 1251/2008, shall apply in part in combating BKD. The monitoring shall be carried out in control areas as defined by this Decree. The Decree defines measures in case of suspected presence of the disease and in case of affirmed presence of the disease in control areas. Measures concern both fish in aquaculture installations and wild fish.
