Abstract

The Decree concerns financial support of the European Communities in the framework of PESCA. The competent authority for the payment of such grants is the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Decisions on applications shall be prepared by the Rural Activities District Offices (art. 2). Article 3 adds a condition respecting the professional experience and capacity for the granting of support to those established in the PESCA programme. Applications shall be made to the authorities competent for fisheries in the Rural Activities District Area (art. 4). The remaining provisions deal with payment of grants in accordance with progress made in the project for which support is received (arts. 6 and 7), supervision by central and local authorities (art. 8), repayment of loans (art. 9), the competent Rural Activities District Office (art. 10), and entry into force (art. 11).
