Abstract

This Decree lays down rules for occasional timber logging in one-time exploitation forests in the sense of the Forestry Management Act 1992. The holder of permit for occasional felling shall be subject to the same rules that apply to holders of concessions, being specified in the Act. An occasional felling permits shall be issued only once in the same year to the same person and shall be valid for maximum one year in specified areas only. A logging register shall be kept by the holder of a permit. Other provisions of this Decree deal with application for a permit.
