Abstract

In the context of carrying out the provisions of Article 3 of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Regulation No. 39/PERMEN-KP/2019 on the Implementation of Port State Provisions to Prevent, Deter and Eradicate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing, it is necessary to stipulate specific port as a place to implement the provisions of the port state measures. Based on these considerations this Decree establishes the designation of several ports as places for implementing Port State provisions to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing. In particular, it specifies the following ports for the above mentioned purpose: Jakarta Nizam Zachman Ocean Fisheries Port; Samudera Bitung Fisheries Port; Samudus Bungus Fisheries Port; and Benoa Sea Port.
