Seeds shall be cultivated in the forest or in allocated land plots, supervised by appointed functionaries and they shall include also saplings. The seeds, both domestically produced and imported, shall comply with standards in terms of quality, they shall be certificated and when packaged shall be properly labelled. Definitions related to seeds and related items are listed in article 1. Seeds providers and distributors shall be registered individuals or state and private enterprises responsible for the production, harvest, storage, packaging and transport, sale and distribution of certifies seeds.
