Decree of the Minister of Forestry and Plantations No. 900/KPTS-II/99 RE Procedure for the implementation of surveys of the potential of concessions in the forestry sector and measurement as well as re-arrangement of the boundaries of their working areas.

This Decree provides for the implementation of survey plans on forest concessions in order to grant these concessions or to re-evaluate boundaries of an existing concession or to re-measure and rearrange boundaries of a concession, investigating if the boundaries limit only a forest area or determine the extent up to which a certain function in that area stop working (i.e. a boundary separating a forest from a non forest area, being the forest area function that of conservation or of cultivation
