Decree of the Minister of Forestry and Estates No. 511/Kpts-II/1998 regarding the provision on the implementation of export of sawn timer and processed timber.

Article 1 gives a definition of "sawn timber" and "processed timber". Quantities of sawn and processed timber for exportation shall be compatible with the capacity of the forestry industry. Specified documents, by the name of SAKO and SAKB, are required for exportation of sawn timber and processed timber. Article 3 makes provision for the inspection of timber.
