Abstract This Decree, consisting of 37 articles divided into 11 Chapters, regulates pesticide control within the Indonesian territory. Its objective is to monitor and protect human health and safety, nature conservation and environment preservation, to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of pesticides and provide protection to their producers, distributors and users.
