This Decree enters into force on 16 January 1990.
Abstract

This Decree lays down requirements and actions for the importation of plants and plant propagating materials in order to prevent the introduction of quarantine pests into the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia. “Plant propagating materials” are plants or parts of plants including seedlings, seeds, fruits, flowers and pollen, which can be used to multiply or propagate the plant.
