Abstract The Governor decrees to validate the Regulation on Regional fisheries authority. Regional fisheries authority is regional executive body entitled to carry out state management of regional fisheries. The main tasks of the Regional fisheries authority include carrying out state policy in the field of rational use of aquatic biodiversity, its management and conservation with regard to the regional interests; organization of the coordination between regional executive bodies, local administration and fishing organizations and enterprises of all forms of property; state management of raw materials for the purpose of securing stable functioning of fish-processing industry.
