This Decree enters into force the day after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The scope of this Common procedure of veterinary surveillance and the samples of the acts adopted during surveillance on custom board and the territory of RA” for the period of 2012-2014 shall be to ensure sustainable development of the national economy in the field of veterinary. The objectives shall be to combat diseases common for animals and human beings (zooanthroponosis), to maintain and exercise constant control over epidemic situation and animal infectious diseases and apply preventive sanitary and veterinary measures and arrangements against outbreak of epidemics of animal diseases, including diagnostics and vaccination of farm animals. The target of the Common procedure shall be protection of human life and health against infectious diseases by stockpiling veterinary drugs with a view of timely application thereof.
