Abstract

This Decree of the Government of Flanders contains - provisions regarding the separation of rainwater and waste water; provisions regarding the mandatory minimum reuse of unpolluted rainwater; and minimum standards to be observed for the infiltration, buffering and discharge of unpolluted rainwater from paved and covered structures. It shall apply to new constructions and restructuring of existing constructions as a specified. The Decree also concerns standards for the separate discharge of clean (rain)water and effluent.
